LLP “Iktashif Qazaqstan”

1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection” and governs the procedure for processing and protecting personal data processed by LLP “Iktashif Qazaqstan” (hereinafter, the Operator).
The Operator recognizes the protection of personal data as a key priority of its activity and ensures the observance of human rights and freedoms, including the right to privacy.
This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may receive about users and clients via the website https://iktashifqazaqstan.com, messengers, email, phone calls, social networks, and other communication channels.

2. Key Terms

• Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable data subject (client or website user).
• Processing of personal data: Any action with personal data—collection, recording, storage, updating, transfer, blocking, deletion, etc.
• User (Client): An individual using the Operator's services.
• Cross-border transfer: The transfer of personal data to foreign states or foreign organizations.
• Other terms are used as in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Personal Data That May Be Processed by the Operator
The Operator processes the following data of Clients and Users:

• Surname, first name, patronymic;
• Phone number;
• Email address;
• Passport data (for hotel, tour, or document bookings);
• Information about travel dates, route, accommodation;
• Payment information (if provided voluntarily by the client);
• Data transmitted through website forms, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and other channels;
• Anonymized user data (cookies, log files, visit statistics).

All of the above are collectively referred to as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:

• Booking and confirming hotels, cottages, apartments, villas, resorts;
• Providing transport, guides, drivers, tourist programs;
• Arranging transfers and tourist trips;
• Fulfilling contractual obligations to the Client;
• Communicating with the Client—calls, messages, notifications;
• Sending confirmations, receipts, documents;
• Improving service quality;
• Informing about new services, special offers, and promotions.

The User may always opt out of marketing messages by writing to info@iktashifqazaqstan.com.

5. Legal Grounds for Data Processing
The Operator processes personal data on the basis of:

• Voluntary consent of the Client;
• Conclusion or execution of a travel services contract;
• Requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• The legitimate interests of the company, provided they do not infringe the rights of the data subject.

Data is provided voluntarily by users when submitting forms, requests, messages, or documents.

6. Procedure for Storage, Protection, and Transfer of Personal Data
The Operator applies legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from:

• Unauthorized access;
• Alteration, blocking, or copying;
• Dissemination and destruction.

Personal data may be transferred to third parties only:

• for the fulfilment of tourist services (hotels, resorts, drivers, guides, partner companies);
• with the Client’s consent;
• in cases provided by law.

If inaccuracies are detected, the Client may update their data by writing to info@iktashifqazaqstan.com.
The Client has the right at any time to withdraw consent to data processing—by sending an email marked “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing”.

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
Before transferring data to other countries, the Operator undertakes to make sure that the recipient country ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data.
If the receiving country does not provide sufficient protection, transfer is possible only:

• with the written consent of the data subject; or
• if necessary for the performance of a contract with the Client (for example, booking hotels abroad).
